Scale
1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 lb. Ground Chicken
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/3 c Feta Cheese
1/4 c Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
Instructions
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, and egg to a bowl and mix until combined
- Once combined, add in the ground chicken and ground turkey and mix again until the seasonings are full incorporated into the meat
- Allow the meat to sit for at least 30 minutes in the seasonings, but overnight (covered in the fridge) if possible for the best flavor
- Preheat the oven to 375 F
- Scoop out tablespoon sized balls of the meat mixture and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet (they really don’t need a lot of space in between)
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10-12 minutes until the meatballs are cooked all the way through (internal temp above 160F)
- Remove and allow the meatballs to cool before packing for meal prep, or using for another dish (may I recommend one of my delicious meatball orzo dinners!)
