This fresh and vibrant Carrot Orange Juice with ginger and apples is a delicious, healthy juice to enjoy throughout the week or serve to guests for a weekend brunch!
Ingredients
Scale
6 large carrots
3 oranges (peeled – peels will make it bitter!)
1 ginger root
2 apples (I used Fuji here!)
Instructions
1. Wash and peel all of the veggies (not the apples – those are fine as is!)
2. Juice all of the fruits and veggies
3. Transfer to glasses/bottles and enjoy!
