Ingredients
1 block soft tofu
1 dark chocolate bar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1–2 tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
dash of salt
Instructions
1. Melt dark chocolate (I usually do it with coconut oil!)
2. Add tofu, cocoa powder, honey, salt, and melted chocolate to a blender and blend until smooth
3. Transfer the mixture to a container, cover, and store in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight
4. Once set, serve with an optional garnish of grated dark chocolate and fruit of choice
