Sometimes, you just need spicy mayo – even if you don’t eat eggs. Luckily, this Plant-Based Spicy Mayo recipe is simple, delicious, and made with wholesome ingredients.

Why Egg-Free Mayo?
As a life-long egg and mayonnaise lover, you can imagine my sadness when I found out after 29-years on this earth that I had an egg allergy. Eggs are a difficult one – because they’re in most things, from sauces, to baked goods. Not to mention, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day!
I love mayo especially on sandwiches, and love using spicy mayo for spicy tuna, on breakfst sandwiches, etc. so I knew that I needed to find a way to make it without the eggs. I came across this delicious vegan mayo recipe on Jessica in the Kitchen‘s food blog, and adapted it slightly then added Sriracha to make it spicy and I must say – it gives actual spicy mayonnaise a run for it’s money!
How to Make Vegan Spicy Mayo

Making Vegan Mayonnaise is actually so much easier than one might think! You add soy milk, spices, dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar to a jar, then pour avocado oil into it and allow it to sit for about 1 minute. After that, all you do is immersion blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy. From here, you can add in as much or as little Sriracha as you’d like to give it a delicious kick!
One thing to note – make sure all of the ingredients that you use are room temperature before you combine them.
