Egg bites are my go-to breakfast meal prep because they’re so easy to make, delicious, and a great way to get protein first thing in the morning!
These egg bites with feta cheese are one of my favorite variations – I also love how you can add whatever you want to egg bites depending on what you have or what you feel like for the week!



Fluffy Egg Bites with Feta Cheese
Description
These fluffy egg bites with feta cheese are a simple, delicious, and protein-packed breakfast that’s perfect for weekly meal prep!
Ingredients
2 c egg whites
4 eggs
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 c feta cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
3. Transfer egg mixture evenly into silicone muffin cups (should make ~12 larger egg bites)
4. Place the muffin tin on a large cookie sheet and pour water about halfway up the cookie sheet to create a water bath (I recommend doing this step on a roll out oven shelf if you have it to avoid spillage, otherwise carefully transfer to the oven after)
5. Bake for 25-35 minutes until cooked all the way through
6. Remove the water bath from the oven and allow the bites to cool before transferring them to a container
